The annual Adaptive Tennis Award recognizes a program that has demonstrated continued excellence, dedication, and service in tennis for individuals with disabilities.

A program must have had three years of active involvement providing tennis to individuals with disabilities to be eligible for the award, which is presented at the USTA semi.
